Welcome to the Friends Wilderness Center online support page which uses the Pay Pal system to make your transaction easy and secure. All donations made to FWC are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law and your donation will be acknowledged by emails from FWC and from Pay Pal that may be printed for your records.
Our three basic donation levels are structured so they may be paid for with one payment (click the button to the left of the amount) or over a 12-month period using recurring monthly donations of $4, $5, and $10 respectively. When you make a recurring monthly donation it helps create a regular flow of funding for FWC and helps you spread out your donated amount over a 12-month period – a true Win/Win approach.
Whatever amount you choose to donate, please know it will be deeply appreciated and will be used to keep the FWC open for all to visit for renewal, recharge and relaxation throughout the year.
NOTE: If you choose to enter an amount in the ‘Other Amount‘ box, enter the amount in digits only; for example, two hundred dollars should be entered as just 200 with no decimal point and zeroes and no dollar sign.
Once you click on the ‘Submit’ button in the lower right corner of the page, you will be redirected to the Pay Pal home page – do not be alarmed – this is just as it is supposed to work. When you arrive at the Pay Pal site you will have two options to log into complete the transaction: you can log in as a ‘Guest’ if you do not have a personal Pay Pal account; or if you already have a personal Pay Pal account, you can log in with your personal log in data. Donations go to ‘fwcdonations@gmail.com‘ and you may use this address for donations if you choose to use your own Pay Pal account.
If you wish to donate by check please make it payable to the ‘Friends Wilderness Center’, make appropriate notations in the memo block and mail it to: The Friends Wilderness Center, 305 Friends Way, Harpers Ferry, WV 25425. If you wish to make monthly donations from your personal checking account, please contact Kimberly Benson at 304-261-7956 or Center@FriendsWilderness.org to have her help you with the necessary arrangements.
